PACCAR Parts operates a network of parts distribution centers offering aftermarket support to Kenworth, Peterbilt and DAF dealers and customers around the world. Aftermarket support includes customer call centers operating 24 hours a day throughout the year and technologically advanced systems to enhance inventory control and expedite order processing.

Requisition Summary 13;
The Sale Office Coordinator : Latin America is responsible for sales support for the Latin America and International Sales Management and field teams, sales reporting, incentive program management, event coordination, and other miscellaneous responsibilities that support sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a desire to advance within the Sales department to a position of increasing responsibility including but not limited to District Parts Manager.

Job Functions / Responsibilities 13;
:
Support Latin American and International sales efforts through analysis of sales data and trends
:
Manage Latin America incentive program
:
Responsible for forecast reporting and daily and monthly sales reporting
:
Support sales team by reviewing and processing Competitive Sales Requests from field sales and dealer personnel
:
Manage new fleet setup for Latin America dealers
:
Monitor dealer credit lines
:
Coordinate Latin America sales meetings and annual business events
:
Review and process memos for senior management approval
:
Provide margin analysis for large dealer orders including working with Marketing and Volume Sales
:
Administer Latin America and International SharePoint site
:
Process purchase order/requisition requests for sales team
:
Create and edit PowerPoint presentations for Latin America management
:
Miscellaneous projects and tasks as necessary 13;
Qualifications 13;
:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management or other related field
:
Fluent in English and Spanish both in verbal and business writing skills
:
3:5 years of experience in industrial sales and marketing or related environment
:
Knowledge and understanding of export compliance laws and regulations desired
:
Intermediate or better experience / knowledge of Access and AS400 Business System desired
:
Demonstrated leadership ability, strong analytical and communication skills desired
:
Intermediate or better experience / knowledge with Excel, Power Point and Outlook required
:
Strong presentation skills desired 13;
