Job Description JOB LOCATION: Seattle, WA, USA We are looking for a skilled receptionist/office admin assistant with a minimum of one year of experience with excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task. The successful candidate will possess a positive attitude and have excellent computer skills. This position requires someone who enjoys administrative work, is able to manage incoming customer calls, follow up with clients and liaise with our team of tradesmen. Familiarity with renovation or home repairs is an asset but not required. Being able to keep organized when things get a little hectic is important - experience in restaurants is also an asset for this reason. The position also offers the opportunity to develop management skills. The primary duties of this position are: answering phones interviewing clients about their needs maintaining the tradesmen’s schedules creating and emailing Work Orders maintaining accurate records and manage tradesmen’s receipts general office duties: typing, filing, email, excel spreadsheets following up with outstanding accounts receivable communicating with clients and tradesmen preparing invoices miscellaneous assistance to the president Successful candidates will demonstrate the following key traits: client oriented professionalism at all times excellent verbal and written skills ability to multi-task excellent organizational skills excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment proficiency in Microsoft Office If you feel you are the perfect candidate for this position, please submit your resume through Indeed or directly to us.
