I am in need of a Personal Assistant that can handle day to day duties such as, but not limited to, invoicing customers, setting up new hires,organizing payments, calling customers for payments, calling vendors for invoices, etc.

Must be dependable, motivated, and a fast learner.

Ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting functions and know how to balance a bank statement.

Needs extensive knowledge of Microsoft office, word, and excel used on a daily basis. Must know how to set up a spreadsheet in excel, set up an eBay account, and manage commercial Facebook pages.

Must have dependable and reliable transportation.

It is a home office, but that does not make it any less professional.

It is a flexible job and won’t affect your primary job if you have one.

You must be near or within the WA area.

So long as you have the knowledge, understanding, and skills needed, I can train you to do whatever else is necessary for this job. This is a small business I run by the side apart from my regular Job.
