Vision Media is an advertising agency in Redmond that is in need of a motivated, detail oriented, and high-energy Office Manager with an emphasis on finance and billing. Vision Media has been in business since 2002 and is experiencing explosive growth. We are in need of an experienced candidate with controller or deep finance background. If you have a background in invoicing, billing, or finance, but are looking for an exciting opportunity working with a passionate team of advertising professionals, please read on!

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Invoicing, Billing, Reconciliation, A/R, A/P, Account Management

Secondary Responsibilities:

Office Management
Answering phone calls
Filing & organization of final media documents
Agency Scheduling
Additional Responsibilities:

Assisting CEO w/ scheduling, client presentations
Account Management, interaction/service for clients
Trafficking and ordering creative for clients
The Ideal Candidate will have experience with:

Financial Management
QuickBooks
Invoicing/Accounts Payable
Microsoft Office / Mac (Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint)
Social Media Platforms
Account Management
This position requires the ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will be looking for a challenge and the opportunity to learn and grow in an exciting industry.
