Job Description:/h3:
A wide variety of office support tasks are included in this position, operating on a 40 hour work week. Position provides offices services and support to Company Clients and Brokers by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects:
:
Answering, screening, and directing phone calls.
:
Maintaining records:
:
Creating : updating Lease/Sales files
:
Client Lease Critical dates
:
Marketing Calendars
:
Creating / updating Flyers and Property descriptions
:
Maintaining the Cloud/share File
:
Broker / Office License renewals
:
Conducting research, compiling data, and preparing documents
:
Providing marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
:
Preparing monthly marketing reports using word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
:
Conducting and coordinating property tours
:
Set:up and maintenance of administrative policies and procedures for the office
:
Creating and revising systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout; implementing changes.
:
Preparing mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics; managing all aspects of print production, receipt, and distribution
:
Formulate and coordinate marketing activities to promote services and properties
:
Manage brand website development and all social media outlets
:
Keeping the website and marketing sites up to date.
:
Writing and editing of promotional literature, newsletters, direct marketing, and Internet marketing projects.
:
Additional duties to be assigned from time to time, with 90 day review after hire and annual reviews at anniversary date of hire.

Required Licenses:

Washington State Real Estate License
:
Washington State Notary
:
Valid Washington State Drivers License
