Position Summary: The King County Specialist is responsible for ensuring all data received from Consortium (Subcontractor) members through Sharefile are entered accurately and timely into the Sigmund system. This position serves as the primary liaison between Consortium members and Navos and provides excellent customer service to ensure all issues encountered are resolved in a timely and professional manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. Data entry of Navos Consortium (Subcontractor) members required documentation into Sigmund system. Actively monitors all King County tiers requested to verify movement to approved status. Create Zendesk tickets in order to manage and track issues/errors found in submitted paperwork. Respond to and maintain Zendesk tickets received by Consortium members and internal Navos staff adhering to 3 day maximum response rate as outlined in Service Level Agreement. Log all data and timeliness errors received in shared tracking file. Monitors data in King County daily reports to ensure data accuracy and completeness according to King County Contracts. Make corrections and/or generate Zendesk tickets as necessary. Responsible for the daily upload and download of King County files. Act as Liaison between Navos and our Consortium clients demonstrating a high level of customer service skills Become fluent in King County Policies and Procedures Other duties as assigned. Knowledge of healthcare billing processes Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to meet moving deadlines and priority requirements and to handle multiple projects. Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters. Possess the knowledge, values, attitude and skills to create a trauma-informed, safe, trusting healing environment that respects the perspectives and experiences of the individuals, families, staff and communities we serve with safety and healing. Knowledge of Electronic Health Record (Sigmund preferred), knowledge of mental health and/or medical billing, ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, detail oriented, good interpersonal skills. Demonstrated competence in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Strong Excel experience and knowledge preferred. Ability to coordinate and cooperate with staff in all levels of the organization. Supports a system-wide understanding of trauma prevalence, impact and trauma informed care. Fosters healing, hopeful, honest and trusting relationships for consumers and employees; Value consumer voice, choice and self-advocacy as applicable. Demonstrates a commitment to cultural competence and diversity in the workplace. Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or GED equivalent. Experience working with Electronic Billing System, EHR and Data Analysis. Firm understanding of HIPPA transaction processes. Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations: Valid Washington Driver’s License/transportation Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have demonstrated competence in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Strong Excel experience and knowledge preferred. Physical Demands : The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is able to bend, stoop and lift up to 35 pounds. Able to reach over head when standing. Able to accomplish small, detailed handwork and manipulate office equipment. Able to sit for long periods of time.
