Dynamic fast paced professional office seeks an Investor Relations Assistant to provide superior support to senior managers in Investor Relations and Analytics. In this role, you can stretch and grow with the organization. The position is based in our Seattle, WA headquarters.

Duties include (what you will be doing):
: Compile information from multiple departments for online and printed presentations for on:site and off:site meetings
: Design, prepare, maintain and ensure the delivery of presentation materials for both in:house and off:site visits
: Coordinate meeting agendas and ensures timely communication to departments involved in meetings
: Documentation support: obtain signatures, format documents, scanning and saving, maintain tracking lists
: Vendor on:boarding support and tracking
: Monthly mailing of reporting packages
: Provide excellent external and internal customer service
: Provide backup to other department services

Qualifications needed (what you possess):
: Prefer 4:year degree in English, Communication, Business, Marketing, or related focus.
: Must have minimum 3+ years high level administrative or marketing experience in a fast:paced organization with demonstrated ability to anticipate next steps, take initiative, exercise discretion, and apply sound judgment. .
: Prefer previous experience with coordinating and organizing legal documents.
: Able to take direction and take ownership of very detailed processes.
: Strong interpersonal experience : must be able to communicate with all levels of organization with tact and diplomacy.
: Must be flexible, highly organized and have a proven ability to juggle multiple and competing tasks and demands, collaborating with team members and working independently.
: Must possess exceptional writing skills, with focus on continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials.
: Discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information.
: Must have high level of proficiency with a variety of computer software applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint (including creating PowerPoint presentations), Word, and Visio).
