Inventory Control ClerkLocation WA, SeattleDivision OperationsRequisition ID 555Apply NowAs an Inventory Control Clerk this role will report directly Order Fulfillment Manager, overseeing various aspects of materials management, providing data entry for the receiving of inventory into/out of inventory database. As well as physically receiving inventory into stock room and warehouse, assisting with physical inventories and conducting cycle counts.WHAT YOU WILL DOReceive, inspect and document incoming finished products and components from suppliers, manufacturers and customers in ERP system.Seek methods and processes to increase operational efficiency.Assist in defining continuous improvement philosophies with regards to inventory control and management.Perform cycle counts daily or weekly as required to maintain company specific inventory accuracy requirements.Assist in physical inventory process.Assist in management and control of in-house and consigned off-site inventory.Maintain inventory storage system and visual controls for inventory locations and organize inventory accordingly.Courier duties between Zonar sitesProvide support in shipping as needed.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAMGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to set goals, and achieve scheduled deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Knowledge of general business computer software and aptitude to learn new software applications.Good understanding of production workflow.Thorough understanding of inventory and its effect on the financial statements required.Must be familiar with the most common material handling equipment]High school diploma or equivalent (GED).AA Degree PreferredExperience in inventory management.Data entry experience.Valid drivera€ (TM) s license and good driving record is required..
