They are building into their executive and admin teams people who can take the company to the next level, while driving and supporting a culture that is respectful of employees and provides a framework for achieving results. They are looking for an HR Manager.


Reporting to the VP of HR, the HR Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of HR, and work with the VP of HR in developing and implementing HR strategies to enable the company to efficiently and effectively scale as the business grows and the company expands.

The HR Manager will:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of HR, coordinating or delivering services, and implementing policies, and programs
- Manage and mentor the HR Coordinator/HR Generalist
- Recommend/implement systems and procedures that increase the administrative effectiveness of delivering HR in a high growth environment e.g. HRIS systems, ATS, employee self-service, etc.
- Be proactive in identifying and resolving potential employee relations issues
- As a partner in the business, provide managers with advice and counsel on organization and employee relations issues
- Deliver or identify training delivery mechanisms for key programs e.g. performance management, compensation, harassment, onboarding, etc.
- Ensure legal compliance with all State and Federal requirements
- Implement/coordinate compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness
- Manage the performance management delivery process
- Support the due diligence and integration of any potential acquisitions and mergers
- Support a culture that is respectful of the employees and provides a framework for achieving results
- Provide support, as necessary, to international locations

They are looking for a solid HR Manager /Business Partner with the following:
- Demonstrated HR success with a high growth start-up or small company
- Eight + years in Human Resources, including within a $50M to $300M company, and with international locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline – PHR-SHRHM a plus
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Experience in a hi-tech a must; SaaS is highly desirable
- Solid generalist skills and prior HR management experience with:
* Employee Relations * Implementation of internal training programs
* Legal compliance * HRIS
* Policies and procedures * Integration of employees from acquired companies
* Organizational development * Conducting performance management training
* Compensation and benefits
(including 401Ks) * Managing the performance management administration process
- The ability to influence key constituencies and gain acceptance from others in a spirit of collaboration and partnership.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high growth company
- Personal Characteristics: Hands-on, action/results oriented, sense of urgency, common sense, ability to get things done
- Willingness to relocate to the Bellevue Washington
