Admin | HR - Receptionist/Scheduler Position Summary - Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department. Provides general office support with aA' variety of clerical duties and related tasks to include scheduling. Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies and providing positive customer service. Essential Functions - Duties and Responsibilities Support in full cycle recruitment process including, but not limited to: organizing jobA' fair events, managing dashboard applicant database, organizing orientation folders. Entering new hires into dashboard and MITC, managing I-9/E-Verify information, employment verifications, managing compliance reports, managing incoming/outgoing calls, placing orders for supplies, drug tests, andA' uniforms, administrative support, etc. Assist in Maintaining Guard License are processed and updated accordingly Conduct the daily schedule of approximatelyA' 125-200 employees Maintain and edit the employee personnel files to ensure accuracy Contact employees to validate work related identifications and certifications Maintain employee payroll administration on weekly basis Contact employees to notifyA' them of logistical changes to schedules Handle special projects as designated Required Experience, Education, Certification(s), Training or other Requirements A$ A' "A' ?Minimum 2 years' experience in Human Resources/ReceptionistA' related fields Knowledge, Skills,A' and Abilities A$ A' "A' ?Multi-tasking Positive customer service Time management Orientation Team player Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel Dashboard knowledge Physical Requirements Required to walk, sit, use hands, fingers to handle or feel objects and operate a computer, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, talk, hear, occasionallyA' lift or move up to 25 pounds, ability to see, have close and distanceA' vision, adjust focus, peripheral and depth perception.
