We are a small financial education company in the process of relocating from Seattle to Issaquah. The company has been around since 1984 and we work very closely with banks, CPA firms, franchise networks, and independent business owners all over the world. Our mission is to create and deliver tools and resources that will guide business owners to improve performance in a constantly changing economy x2015; and to assist them in overcoming what is consistently the greatest knowledge gap for business owners: finance. We are currently seeking a new
Administrative/Personal Assistant to join our close team. This position reports directly to the Chairman.
Candidate will be responsible for the following:
:Answer phones.
:Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
:Check company email inbox.
:Coordinate and distribute incoming and outgoing snail mail.
:Manage our license program: following up with clients who are licensees, answering questions, troubleshooting.
:Generate Outlook calendar invites for phone calls with Chairman and Executive Vice President.
:Keep inventory and order supplies for the office.
:Work with the office building manager to ensure our office is in good working order.
:Work with the Graphic Designer to maintain and update our social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn).
:Occasional data entry.
:Perform tasks that are not described above. As a small office, new projects require us to be flexible and take on tasks that arent in our job description. Weve designed this position to allow for more work to be added as needed.
:Must have at least 5 years Admin experience.
:Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.
:Very strong
organizational/note:taking skills.
:Excellent typist.
:Advanced MS Word, intermediate Excel and Outlook, basic PowerPoint skills.
:Outstanding interpersonal communication.
:Knowledge of the social media sphere (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
:Ability to remain friendly, patient, and articulate even in stressful situations.
:Able to multitask and prioritize (with your Supervisors help).
:Self:motivated team player who can work independently under strict deadlines.
:Confident problem solver.
:Experience putting together marketing flyers and promotions is preferred, but not required.
