Job Description Successful engineering/manufacturing company in Bellevue, WA is seeking to hire a Facilities/Office Administrator with 4+ years’ experience in facilties oversight/coordination. The Facilities/Office Administrator will manage general office administration and reception functions and provide administrative support to various departments. Manage facility, building systems and office equipment to maintain an effective, secure and safe operational environment.Comply with local ordinances relating to the facility. Company is a great quality placed to work and they value their employees and tenure with the company. This is a direct hire role with a targeted start date of January 2. Location: Bellevue, WA Pay: $45-60K, DOE Full-time, Direct hire ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES: Manage Receptionist and Phone coverage. Manager office and lunch/break-room supplies. Manage office equipment including phone system, voice mail system, postage machine, copiers, fax machines and cell phones. Assess furniture and equipment needs and procure as necessary. Prepare annual Department budget. Participate collaboratively with other team members. Specific tasks and assignments may vary depending on business need and priorities which may include general administrative support tasks for other departments within the company. Communicate and co-ordinate with wide range of outside contractors. Create and maintain a schedule of maintenance activities for the building on a regular basis. This includes HVAC, parking lot, surrounding yards, drainage systems, External cleaning of building etc. Create and maintain a schedule of internal maintenance activities including plant service, HVAC filter replacement, lights, kitchen, janitorial service, elevator maintenance, office supplies, etc. Ensure compliance with regulations affecting the facility, communicating with Fire department, Labor & Industries, City of Bellevue. Manage security and fire systems SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: HS Diploma 4-5 years’ building/facility maintenance experience Intermediate skills in Excel and general Office applications Ability to be self-managed in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision
