Windermere Real Estate Queen Anne is seeking an exceptional Broker Care Coordinator who is a decisive go:getter with 3+ years of office admin experience. You will be tasked with supporting our Brokers and staff, listing and transaction management, all with an eagerness to take our office, Brokers and company to the next level. You will be part of a fun and talented Queen Anne team, who take pride in their customer service and creativity.
We need one more person to add to our dream team and if you have the qualifications below, we would love to meet you.

Working understanding of all office systems
Listing and Transaction Management
Oversee front desk and phones
Direct support to Office Manager
Understand real estate marketing
Social media smarts
Broker marketing materials production and management
Possible website support and troubleshooting (WordPress)
3+ Years office admin experience (in Real Estate environment is a huge plus)
Northwest Multiple Listing
Service/Matrix/Transaction Desk (another huge plus)
Proficient in MS Product:Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and heavy Publisher use
Prior Office Admin experience is a must
Tech savvy No fear factor with
software/hardware/computers/office equipment
Marketing/Graphic Design/Social Media experience
Full time, Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
