You: Dynamic, fast paced professional office seeks an experienced and energetic Executive Assistant to support the EVP of Customer Operations and SVP of Professional Services. The ideal candidate thrives on challenges and seeks technology driven solutions, has previous administrative support experience at a start-up or in high tech environment, and understands the balance between the right level of focus and nimbleness for changing priorities. As the Executive Assistant, you must be detail-oriented, a self-starter and a big picture out of the box thinker who is able to dig into and understand the process/need behind a request or situation. You must have a comfort level of applying a high degree of independent judgment, initiative and knowledge to resolve complex challenges within the business context. You are a critical thinker and are curious. You have a proven track record of success, strong attention to detail, organization skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a commitment to teamwork and the ability to be ahead of the executives you support. What we want you to do: The overarching requirement for this role is someone who can build trust with the team and has an understanding and motivation for the importance of managing multiple competing priorities. Intelligence, grace, calm under pressure, and the ability to integrate seamlessly into the business and within the communication flows for the executives you support are all paramount. * Provide a broad range of Executive Level Support for the EVP of Customer Operations and SVP of Professional Services. * Handle administrative tasks of confidential nature requiring initiative and judgment on a regular basis. * Serve as an extension of the executives you support, represent their interests inside and outside the company * Provides project and budget coordination for long/short term projects and events. * Extensive Calendar and Meeting Management. * Expenses Report Management and Reconciliation. * Compose, aggregate, edit, proofread correspondence, reports and other documents. * PowerPoint skills for meeting preparation. * Scheduling meetings with C-level executives. Requires building lasting relationships with other EA's to simply get responses and calendar time. * Booking travel, hotels, car service, expenses (Domestic and International Travel Planning). * Taking minutes for team meetings and follow up on team action items. Requirements: Basic Qualifications: * 5+ Experience supporting multiple executives and ongoing projects. * Experience in project/event coordination. * Discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information. Preferred Qualifications: * High level of proficiency with a variety of computer software applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and Word). * Must be flexible, highly organized and have a proven ability to juggle multiple and competing tasks and demands, collaborating with team members and working independently. * Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to communicate with all levels of organization. * Detailed planning, time management and organizational skills are required * Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment. * Must be able to work well under pressure while meeting deadlines.
