Job Description DriveShop is an engagement-marketing agency working exclusively in the automotive industry to produce public relations, social influence and experiential marketing campaigns that inspire people to fall in love with their next new car. We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to work in our agency headquarters in Redmond, WA. We’re looking for someone who can literally be the face of our agency, greeting and welcoming guests and staff visiting our HQ from across the country. You’ll manage corporate meetings, national webcasts, support planning of important company functions like charity events, picnics, bbq’s, fancy wine tasting dinners with clients, private outings to our favorite distillery as well as keeping a stock of ice-cream bars, fun beverages and party supplies for random in-office happy hour events (limited to days ending in “y”). But this job is a lot more than just being a ringleader of fun-times. Your primary responsibility will be fulfilling the administrative needs of the agency’s home office and providing administrative and project support to the Chief Executive Officer of the company. You must be proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are critical skills as you will be tasked with producing and editing client-ready materials that will be viewed by senior executives at some of the world’s biggest corporations. Experience with budget management and reconciliation of expenses and expense reporting is also a big plus. If you’ve got administrative work experience and you’re interested in marketing, advertising or social media for your career, we could be a great fit. The last three people who worked in this position have gone on to jump-start their careers in other areas of the agency. We’re looking for someone who is fun and active. We’d like to see a college degree and at least a few years of work experience in an office on your resume. However, we value work experience of all kinds and realize that a lot of great learning happens in all kinds of hospitality and service industries.
