Job Description Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Clerk / Scheduler - various shifts available JOB DESCRIPTION: The Customer Service Representative, Data Entry Clerk, is a combination position that includes handling customer service calls, data entry of interpreter requests, scheduling. Primary responsibilities will vary based on assigned duties that highlight skill-set and talents of the applicant. SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants must ensure that they possess the minimum required skills and abilities before sending in their application for consideration. · Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude · Ability to work under pressure · Ability to multitask: inbound and outbound calls, data-entry · Typing speed: 45+ WPM, 100% accuracy · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Outstanding customer service · Recent office experience · Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook · Ability to work full-time (40 hours a week), different shifts and overtime · Exceptional Attendance and Punctuality · Minimum 2+ year commitment VARIOUS SHIFTS AVAILABLE : Day: 8am-5pm (Mon-Fri) Evening: 2:30pm-10:30pm (Mon-Fri) Night: 10:30pm-8:30am (Mon-Fri) Weekend: 9am-9pm (Sat-Sun) in addition to other shifts Variations possible We offer competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package designed to address health, time off, and career-advancement needs.
