Job Description About this position: Job Title: Administrative Scheduler Department: Operations Location (City/State): Seattle, WA Employment Type: Full time About us: Security Industry Specialists, Inc. The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support for the client site operations. The Administrative Scheduler coordinates work schedules for all applicable field operations. This position reports to the Site Manager and Administrative Supervisor. In this role, you will: Liaise with SIS Field Managers for effective scheduling protocols Maintain tracking of Specialist's scheduling for all designated posts, including updating schedules for all special requests Manage records to ensure accurate processing and billing Process and ensure accuracy of all HR related documentation, including personnel roster Assist in tracking and providing updates on maintaining required license, training and all SIS training programs and development of personnel Serve as point of contact for the client site's employees and liaison with HR and Payroll departments on their behalf Partner with Corporate security team members during event security details The ideal candidate will: Have an AA Degree (preferred) Have minimum one year experience in a general office setting with clerical or related experience Be proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel Have experience using Shiftboard or other scheduling software/tools highly preferred Have demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills Be flexible in availability and possess the ability to function in stressful situations Have excellent time-management, communication, technical writing, and organizational skills required Possess the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management Be a dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude The above statements are intended to describe the general nature of this job.
