Job Description We are looking for a Administrative Assistant for a 4+Months contract to hire position in Bellevue,WA with the leader in Hotel/Travel products. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree and experience supporting the executive and team. General Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant: Support Executive team in a high volume ,fast paced setting in Bellevue, WA and Seattle, WA Simple management of Calendar and group calendar. Arrange group or team meetings. Assist with space management and office move coordination. Manage/own multiple conference rooms. Arrange simple travel arrangements and process expense reports. Create routine correspondence, including emails, letters, memos, and reports. Provide support to visiting VP’s while in in town. Responsibilities include purchasing hardware and supplies; new hire and contractor setup; PO and asset tracking as necessary; morale and meeting planning; inbound and outbound mail, file maintenance and support to group and/or Executive Assistant. Arrange group or team meetings. May create simple presentations. Assist with space management and office move coordination. Arrange simple travel arrangements and process expense reports. Compile and maintain budget information, help process invoices, and create requisitions. Create routine correspondence, including emails, letters, memos, and reports. Requirements for the Administrative Assistant: 2-6 Years of experience supporting executives and team Bachelors Degree Must have strong communication and be a fast learner Required to handle confidential materials and communications with discretion. Must display appropriate levels of professional tact, courtesy, and diplomacy. Works on assignments that are routine or semi-routine in nature where limited judgment is required. Work is prioritized by the work team. Normally receives detailed instructions on work.
