Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -HR/Payroll data entry -Operational data entry -Answer phones and greet guests. -Process mail both in-bound and out-bound -Order and distribute office supplies. -Coordinate travel arrangements. -Maintain office equipment. -Coordinate lunches for clients and management. -Various clerical duties such as typing, filing, compiling information as assigned. -General office upkeep -A desire for growth as we are rapidly expanding and prefer to promote from within Requirements: -Self-starter; comfortable in fast paced, busy environment. -Detail oriented individual with strong organizational skills. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Reasonable level of competence with office productivity software (MS Word, Excel, Project) and familiarity with accounting/payroll programs such as QuickBooks is a plus. Customer Care Representative Job Duties: Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services Opens customer accounts by recording account information Maintains customer records by updating account information Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution Customer Retention focused Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Managing Point of Sale (POS) information -1 year experience in an office environment. -Must have reliable transportation as various errands may be assigned -Data entry skills a plus.
