This role will processes both electronic and manual Univar vendor invoices in accordance with Univar and AP policy and procedures.

:Responsible for high volume daily input of electronic invoices through our electronic invoicing platform.
:Use Univar systems to research and resolve problem invoices and prepare them for processing.
:Communicate with other Univar departments and locations as needed.
:Responsible for processing invoices through the manual invoice process according to existing policies and procedures.
:Responsible for batch edit review of manual invoice batches.
:Identifies and communicates unresolved discrepancies (as directed) to AP Manager, including Time:Outs and non:responses from other Univar departments and locations.
:Processes rush invoices from Vendor Contact Center according to established procedure.
:Responsible for processing debit memos through the manual invoice process according to existing polices and procedures.
:Required to complete annual performance review.
:Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements are:

:High school Diploma
:2 year business/finance/accounting degree or equivalent experience a plus
:High volume data entry
:Attention to detail
:Proficient verbal and written use of English Language.
