Job Description:/h3:
Universal Language Service, Inc. is currently seeking to fill a Account Associate (Jr.) position for our Customer Accounts Department.
Location: Bellevue, Washington
Position Type: Entry Level
Employment Status: Full:Time (40+ hrs/week)
Shifts Available: Monday : Friday, 8am : 5pm
:Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of all services and modalities of ULS : and clearly articulate capabilities and advantages to existing customers
:Promote ULS reliability, service programs, advantages, new promotions to effectively meet and exceed customer expectations
:Develop and execute sales presentations for existing customers, handling objections and relaying more difficult questions/concerns to ULS management
:Conduct business dealings with customers in a way that creates a superior relationship that sets the stage for future service sales
:Maintain accurate up:to:date records for contract rates and expiration dates, customer budget planning meetings (so opportunities are taken advantage of in a timely manner), and customer:specific policies, procedures and other requirements
:Provide input and participate in marketing, planning, and operational implementation of sales strategies as they pertain to existing customer accounts
:Participate in regional and national campaigns focused primarily on upselling and/or cross:selling existing customers to maximize their utilization of ULS servicesAttend tradeshows, expos, conferences, and other industry and trade events, gaining knowledge to help ULS remain competitive and networking to build a strong referral base
:Associates Degree in related field or equivalent in work experience required
:Experience with CRM software highly preferred (experience in Salesforce a huge plus)
:Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer service
:Very strong communication skills (written and verbal); able to adapt tone and demeanor appropriately depending on the audience
:Effective presentation and negotiation skills and high degree of professionalism
:Demonstrated skills in designing and presenting pitch decks and other presentation tools to clearly communicate complex concepts in simple, easy to understand terms
:Highly self:motivated; must be willing to take initiative in finding creative ways to identify and meet the needs of ULS customers, then communicate strategies to team for everyones benefitMust be willing and able to travel as needed in situations where an in:person meeting with a customer is necessary
:Familiarity with contract negotiation a plus
