Job Description Job Summary Payroll Specialist to be responsible for accurately processing payroll for employees in the US, Canada and UK, and coordination of international payroll in China. Chief responsibilities include processing biweekly and monthly payrolls, employee support, benefits program contribution submission, audit support and reconciliation payroll accounts. Experience Requirements AA degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years of related experience using an integrated HRIS payroll system Must have strong knowledge of payroll laws, basic accounting/reconciliation skills, and experience with 401k plan administration for payroll Experience with ADP Workforce Now Portal and ADP Reporting experience is desired Job Skills & Traits Requires excellent organizational skills, be extremely detail oriented, have strong excel skills, and possess the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel within the organization Must have strong customer service orientation and the ability to work under pressure, while meeting all deadlines.
