Overview:
The purpose of the AP Program Administrator is to provide Accounts Payable support for Purchasing Card (P:Card) activities, duties associated with Travel and Entertainment (T and E) and act as a backup for duties as assigned to AP Administrator or department.
:Phone calls and emails for declines and questions regarding Purchasing Card (P:Card) and Travel and Entertainment (T and E); including the programs distribution inboxes
:Monitor HR reports for Employee Changes (employee adds, employee terminations, reporting manager changes, title changes, cost center changes) and update P:Card and T and E accordingly
:Maintenance of JPMC P:Card holder accounts (card account entry, account maintenance and changes)
:Declined Card maintenance, with approval adding new Merchant MCC codes to card holders for valid payments
:Auditing P:Card transactions and reporting, making sure employee's adhere to Policy and emailing policy violations.
:T and E review of trips saved but not submitted for approval, including emailing employees
:Supplier refund checks, coding and tracking
:On demand (Monthly) Purchasing Card reporting/Stats as needed for Supervisor, Manager or Sr. Director of Accounts Payable
:Backup Duties for T and E and AP Administrator and other duties in AP for coverage
:Performs other related duties as required or requested.
Requirements are:
:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from fully accredited four year institution or equivalent experience preferred.
:Knowledge and experience working with MS Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
:Knowledge and experience working with SAP a plus
:Knowledge and experience working with Travel programs a plus
:Ability to work independently and manage work load to a deadline and prioritize work
:Strong verbal and written communication skills
:Excellent customer service (internal and external)
:Teamwork and cross:functional team collaboration skills
