Job Description
The Account Executive is responsible for expanding Bank2s correspondent line of business mortgage volume. Primary functions include maintaining and expanding customer relationships with banks and correspondent mortgage lenders in Washington and surrounding areas. Periodic overnight travel and travel out of state will also be required.
Primary Responsibilities
Call on existing Bank2 correspondent clients; reactivate dormant Bank2 correspondent clients.
Call on targeted list of potential correspondent clients.
Assist with new correspondent training.
Perform frequent market analysis and report
findings/opportunities to management.
Monitor pull:through for correspondent clients production on a monthly basis and manage pipeline.
Responsible for annual correspondent recertification process.
Attend industry events, trade shows and HUD training.
Maintain current market information on correspondents, competition and communicate to management.
Serve as customer advocate and point of contact.Answer client questions and respond to loan status inquiries during underwriting and purchase review.
Maintain active communication with underwriting and customer care team regarding correspondents needs and concerns.
Coordinate other marketing efforts and initiatives.
Performs other tasks and projects as required and as directed.
Minimum of 5 year of previous Mortgage experience and 2 years of Account Executive experience required. Must have proven, recent success in sales role. Experience with Fannie Mae, FHA and USDA loans required. Encompass experience highly preferred.
Successful candidates will have strong written and verbal communication skills and will be highly organized and have the ability to effectively manage priorities and work with minimal supervision and direction. Must display a strong desire to achieve high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.
