Job Description Our outstanding Client Services team is looking for a detail oriented person to join their post enrollment client services team. In this position you will work manage relationships between third party and client to reconcile invoices against correspondence files. Successful candidates will be highly motivated, articulate, professional, and possess excellent interpersonal and phone skills. This individual will be an expert at multi-tasking and juggling multiple projects. Responsibilities include but aren't limited to: *Communicate with Client Companies to ensure all billings are accurate *Reconcile invoices against correspondence files. *Issue monthly invoices and statements. *Directly communicate with clients on all issues regarding billing. Experience & Skills: *3+ years of client services, or account coordination experience with experience in accounts payable, payroll, client billing a plus *Strong Excel skills. *Must have superior communication and follow up skills - especially with email *Must be very detail oriented. *Ability to work with a wide variety of clients, all with different service requirements. *Must be able to understand and interpret complex concepts. *The ability to explain complex information in an easy to understand manner with callers is a key quality we seek in this position. *Experience in an insurance, accounting, human resources or customer service environment Company Description LTC Solutions is a national brokerage firm headquartered in Redmond, WA specializing in long term care as an employee benefit.
